Dave’s Killer BRead Snack Bites

After the huge success of Dave’s Killer Bread® bars, I was once again tasked to create an entirely new line of product packaging for the brand — Organic Snack Bites. These crave-worthy whole grain and seed clusters were in a new packaging format for the brand as well, a stand-up resealable pouch. I was also tasked with the product photography featured on pack. I developed many variations to test for the brand, ultimately landing on the packages featured here, which are now on store shelves across the country.






Dave’s Killer BRead Snack & Protein Bars

I was tasked with creating packaging for an entirely new product category for Dave’s Killer Bread, who was looking to break into the snack bar category. In a very quick timeline, I created individual wrapper, 4ct box and 12ct club pack box artwork from scratch, including the product photography featured on the front. With the success of that initial line, the client tasked me with expanding into protein bars, introducing the new “AMPED-UP” line of products. I have since been tasked with dozens of additional snack product packages currently in the works.










Willamette Valley Pie Co. Packaging

When the west coast’s favorite pie company came to us for a rebrand ahead of a national launch, I art directed and designed a complete overhaul of their packaging. The new look had to look clean, bold and professional for the national stage without losing the heartfelt, hometown-feel of the brand. I translated the package design system across all of their product lines, including fruit pies, cream pies, hand pies, cobblers, pie crusts and more. I also art directed product photography to be used on pack, in trade show booths, social media and beyond.










Bread Packaging Design

As the sole designer of all Dave’s Killer Bread packaging for over 7 years, I’ve been in charge of maintaining the the look and feel of America’s #1 selling organic bread. This includes complete line packaging refreshes across all SKUs, as well as limited edition Portland Trail Blazers packaging, expansion into new flavors and new product category lines.
